Newly Diagnosed Patient Information Guide

In the period of shock or surprise following initial diagnosis, many patients do not retain the information they are given about the disease. Patients can take home this laminated, double-sided guide and review at their leisure. It contains basic information on the disease process, symptoms, available therapies, and life with MS. Multiple Sclerosis Foundation Programs and Services Brochure 

This brochure is an introduction to our programs and grants, such as our National Toll-Free Help Line, our Healthcare Assistance Grant and our Assistive Technology Program. All programs and grants provided by MS Focus are free of charge and available to patients across the United States. Available in packs of 50.
